Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. He has great communication skills and personality and my wife and I really enjoyed working with him. Venessa was rude and disrespectful. She told me “ oh you’re one of those” as I asked for my car and she asked who my service advisor was and I didn’t know since my husband dropped it off. I guess I was bothering her as she was eating chips and salsa at her desk where everyone can see.
